Poor Morgan! I think this picture says it all. Too much food, family and celebration!
Sorry I have no Black Friday stories to tell, because I consistently stay home on Friday after Thanksgiving. I'll face the shopping a little later. Plus I'm trying to make several gifts for many of the family this year. I can't share what or how because several of them read this blog. But I'll tell you this much, I will be tied to my sewing machine and knitting needles thru the pre-holiday.
Hope you all get all the rest and Zantac you need this weekend. Sunday is the first Sunday of Advent and I've got to get myself refocused. Luv, Nerm

Nerm,
Glad to see you had such a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family! I had friends visiting and we had a wonderful day - wasn't the weather fabulous?! I took them downtown today for shopping, it was crowded and the shops were gorgeous! Have a blessed weekend.
Hugs,
Victoria Lynn
Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! :)
Your daughters are SO beautiful, just like their mama!!
That dessert looks beautiful! I did venture out with Angela (my little one) to K-mart around noon, they had little girl Christmas dresses for 1/2 off and Clare needed a red one to match the others. ($8 velvet dress, can't beat that!) It was not busy at all, I think that is K-mart though, not sure how they even stay in business. I did feel kind of sucked into all the advertising and sales, I just kept telling myself, there will be sales just like this all the way up to Christmas!
My husband and the 3 big kids are in Wisconsin Dells for the weekend with Tom's folks and a few cousins (it's a whole town of water slides and parks and rides) (indoor of course! it's about 5 hours from here) SO it's just me and Angela!
I thought of you, because I took out my sewing!! I mended my piles of mending and started (finally) my quilt (sewing my quilt squares together!) I'm enjoying the quiet and missing the noise at the same time!
Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving, God bless you!!
Hi Nerm! I'm back for seconds of that fabulous Thanksgiving dinner, yummm. Thanks, gulp!
I decided to pass on the Marie Antoinette award to the first 7 people who commented and you were one of them so there it is! Thanks for visiting! :)
That is a beautifully cooked bird I must say!! The photo of your Grand daughter about sums up how I felt at the end of the day!! Too cute :)
It looks like a wonderful holiday for you and yours. So nice.
