Can you believe it's 2010? Doesn't that sound futuristic? Was it so long ago that everyone was talking about Y2K and the imminent computer collapse? I have read lots of commentaries on the past decade and what awful things (and good ones, too) have happened to us during that time. I am so thankful for my family and don't know what I'd do without them.
This past year had its ups and downs for our family, that's for sure. Hubby's business is home building so you know how that's going. He's made some creative changes with his business shifting it to more of a remodeling emphasis. The Lord has provided for us, even though we have learned to scale back our living somewhat. We're probably like alot of others in that it feels kind of good to learn to live with less. It's not as complicated and time consuming.
Actually hopefully in a month or so, we hope to put our home on the market and downsize somewhat. This house is over 3,000 sq ft and is just too much for us. We will have to have a fair size home to accomodate my mother who, as you know, lives with us, but I think we can accomplish both goals. I'll certainly keep you posted.
Meanwhile, enjoy a long weekend and take it easy on those resolutions! Nerm

Hi Nerm! Happy New Year to you and yours! Yes, a lot has happened during this past decade, hasn't it? The world certainly has changed quite a bit while other things remain unchanged!
Here's wishing you the best of luck in order to achieve your real estate goals this year!

Yes, so much has happened since 2000, and yes, 2010 sounds so far away, but it's here, now.
10 years ago, I was pregnant with my first baby, wow has life changed!
I hope your home sells fast and you don't get too stressed out! Start your St Joseph novena now!! We prayed our novena and sold 2 homes by the 9th day!!
God bless, happy new year!
Happy New Year Nerm!
Hope your holidays were wonderful!
and you had a new great-nephew in your midst, how sweet is that?
Here we are in 2010 and now I have to take down all the pretty things I put up! But at least I have a little time to visit now that the holiday rush is over. It's single digits here in Ohio and it's like a deep freeze. Brrrr
Hope you're keepin' warm in Tennessee!
Big hugs,Sherry
